Where it came from
Released in 2021 as part of the Funko Pop! Disney line, this figure represents Sisu, the titular last dragon from the Walt Disney Animation Studios film Raya and the Last Dragon. The figure was produced to coincide with the film's release, aiming to capture the character's whimsical and ethereal aesthetic through the stylized, oversized-head design characteristic of the Pop! brand.
The character design for the figure focuses on Sisu’s human-like dragon form, featuring her signature periwinkle blue color palette and iridescent accents. As a central character in a film exploring themes of trust and unity in Southeast Asian-inspired cultures, the collectible became a staple for fans of the movie, serving as a physical memento of the film's vibrant visual identity and its contribution to the modern Disney canon.
