Teddy Rick (Bloody)

Teddy Rick was released as part of the Funko Pop! Animation line, specifically capturing a surreal moment from the third season of the animated science fiction sitcom Rick and Morty. In the episode 'Rest and Ricklaxation,' Rick Sanchez undergoes a therapy session that manifests his desire for emotional detachment in the form of a physical clone, Teddy Rick. This specific iteration depicts the character splattered with blood, referencing the graphic and often chaotic combat sequences that define the show's dark humor.

The figure follows Funko's signature stylized design aesthetic, featuring the oversized head and simplified proportions characteristic of the Pop! series. As part of a series centered on the Rick and Morty franchise, the figure was designed to appeal to adult fans of the series' cynical narrative and visual style. Upon its release, it became a sought-after piece for collectors of the Animation line, primarily due to the specific, violent aesthetic choice that distinguishes it from the standard, cleaner Teddy Rick release.
