Thor [Asia GITD]

Released as part of the Funko Pop! Marvel line to commemorate the 2018 film Avengers: Infinity War, this figure captures Thor in his revamped appearance following the events of Thor: Ragnarok. The Asia-exclusive Glow-in-the-Dark (GITD) variant was produced to cater to the growing international collector market, specifically highlighting the character's lightning-infused aesthetic through the use of phosphorescent materials on his armor and weapon.

The design follows Funko's signature stylized aesthetic, featuring the oversized head and simplified proportions characteristic of the series. By utilizing a glow-in-the-dark finish on the molded plastic, the manufacturer aimed to replicate the visual effects of Thor channeling his powers. While standard versions of the figure were widely distributed, the regional exclusivity of this particular variant made it a notable acquisition for collectors seeking distinct iterations of Marvel Cinematic Universe characters.
