Vaporeon

Vaporeon, one of the original evolutionary forms of Eevee, made its debut in the Pokémon franchise during the initial generation of titles released in the 1990s. As a Water-type evolution defined by its sleek, mermaid-like appearance and ability to melt into water, it became a foundational creature in the series' expansive lore. Funko introduced this specific vinyl figure as part of its Pop! Games series, aiming to translate the iconic aesthetics of the franchise into the stylized, large-headed format that characterizes the brand's aesthetic approach to pop culture figures.

The figure, numbered 627, was released as part of an expanding wave of Pokémon characters intended to appeal to both long-time fans of the video games and collectors of modern vinyl toys. By maintaining the recognizable color palette and characteristic dorsal fin design of the original character art, the design team sought to capture the essence of the creature while adhering to the signature Funko silhouette. Upon its release, it was integrated into a broad retail rollout, finding a place in a comprehensive lineup of Pokémon figures that remains a significant portion of the Pop! Games catalog.
