Vman

Vman, the stage persona of bassist Alessandro Venturella, was immortalized as Funko Pop number 380 in 2021 as part of the Pop! Rocks series dedicated to the heavy metal band Slipknot. This collection was developed to capture the band's distinct aesthetic, specifically reflecting their mid-career transition into more elaborate, individualistic masks. The line was produced to appeal to both long-time metal enthusiasts and modern toy collectors, bridging the gap between extreme music culture and mainstream pop-culture memorabilia.

The design of the Vman figure focuses on the specific mask iteration worn by Venturella during the 'We Are Not Your Kind' album cycle. Funko’s design team prioritized the texture of the mask and the band's signature dark, industrial aesthetic, maintaining the brand’s iconic oversized head and minimalist body shape. Upon its release, the figure was well-received within the collector community for its attention to detail, specifically the paint application on the mask's intricate features, which helped solidify the series as a staple for fans of modern metal.
