Wetmore Forest Winter Series (Flocked) (6-Pack)

The Wetmore Forest collection emerged from the Funko creative team as an original intellectual property, diverging from the company's usual focus on licensed media. Designed to evoke the charm of classic forest folklore, the characters—such as Tumblebee, Snuggletooth, and Picklez—were developed to inhabit a whimsical woodland setting, complete with individual backstories that emphasize camaraderie and mild adventure. The series was created to showcase Funko's internal artistry and capacity for original world-building within the vinyl figure medium.

This specific Winter Series 6-pack introduced a flocked texture to the established Wetmore Forest character designs, providing a tactile, fuzzy finish intended to mimic the appearance of fur or moss. Upon its release, the set was marketed primarily toward established collectors who appreciated the move toward original concepts rather than corporate branding. Critics and fans generally received the series as a refreshing departure, noting that the flocking added a high-quality, premium aesthetic to the already stylized, rounded silhouettes of the monsters.
