Emma's Fashion Design Studio

Released in 2012 as part of the inaugural wave of the LEGO Friends theme, set 3936 Emma's Fashion Design Studio was designed to introduce children to the character of Emma and her creative passion for fashion. The set reflects the theme's shift toward a more narrative-driven building experience, utilizing a distinct color palette of lavender, lime green, and teal to distinguish the line from traditional LEGO sets of the era. The inclusion of a mini-doll figure—a departure from the classic minifigure—marked a significant evolution in LEGO design, specifically tailored to appeal to a demographic that had been historically underserved by the brand.
