Kai

Kai, identified as set 892059-1, is a promotional LEGO Ninjago minifigure released as part of the theme's long-running collaboration with magazine publishers. These polybagged figures were produced to accompany various official LEGO Ninjago activity books and magazines, serving as a accessible entry point for fans to collect key characters from the series without requiring the purchase of larger, more expensive building sets.

The design of this specific iteration of Kai draws from the established aesthetic of the Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu line. Created by the LEGO Group's design team, the figure features the character's signature red ninja gi, balancing recognizable motifs from the animated show with the modular design philosophy of standard minifigures. As with most promotional figures of this era, the design aimed to capture the essence of the character during a specific narrative arc, ensuring visual consistency across the broader Ninjago toy ecosystem.
