LEGO City: World Builder parts

The LEGO City: World Builder parts, designated as set 12011-1, was released as a promotional accessory pack designed to supplement the broader LEGO City theme. Produced to provide builders with a versatile assortment of specialized elements, the set focuses on foundational bricks and structural components that allow for modular expansion within existing urban layouts. Its design reflects the LEGO Group's long-standing philosophy of encouraging open-ended play by offering a collection of parts that are agnostic of a specific building instruction, instead serving as a resource for creative customization.

The release emerged from the initiative to bolster the creative potential of the City theme, which has remained a cornerstone of the company’s product line for decades. By providing a curated selection of supplementary pieces, the set aims to bridge the gap between structured instructions and free-form construction. The design language is consistent with the standard City aesthetic, emphasizing durability and compatibility with the wider ecosystem of LEGO bricks, and it was generally received by the community as a practical, utilitarian addition for hobbyists engaged in building large-scale dioramas.
