Where it came from
The Spinjitzu Lloyd foil pack, identified as set 891834-1, was released in 2018 as part of a promotional series accompanying the Lego Ninjago magazine. These foil-bagged sets were designed to provide accessible, low-cost entry points for younger fans of the Ninjago franchise, specifically highlighting the titular characters and their signature elemental spinning techniques.
The set features a minifigure of Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja, accompanied by a small, buildable spinner apparatus designed to mimic the martial arts combat depicted in the show. The design focused on playability and collectibility, utilizing standard Lego elements to create a compact, portable gaming tool that resonated with the themes of the Master of Spinjitzu arc during the series' long-running success.
