Clawhauser

Clawhauser is a character card from the Hyperia City trading card game, which emerged during the mid-2010s as a stylized tabletop experience centered on futuristic urban exploration. Designed to capture a vibrant, neon-soaked aesthetic, the set was illustrated by a rotating team of concept artists aiming to blend cyberpunk motifs with anthropomorphic character designs. Card number 15, classified as an uncommon, serves as a supporting figure within the game's mechanics, intended to provide strategic balance for players building city-themed decks.

The reception of the Hyperia City series was largely driven by its distinct visual language and its accessibility to entry-level collectors. While the game did not achieve the widespread mainstream dominance of larger collectible franchises, it maintained a dedicated following among hobbyists who appreciated the cohesive world-building. Clawhauser, specifically, has become a modest favorite among players for its unique card art and its utility in mid-tier competitive play, reflecting the broader design philosophy of the set to value character personality alongside tactical function.
