What it does
Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. If you control four or more creatures, that creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn instead.
The Cabaretti cultivate an image of harmless hedonism, happy for the other families to underestimate their formidable firepower.

Where it came from
For the Family was introduced in the Foundations Jumpstart set, a release designed to provide an accessible and balanced entry point for new Magic: The Gathering players. The card functions as an uncommon-rarity support piece, intended to reward players for building a board presence of creature tokens or small-scale units, reflecting the communal and synergistic themes common in white-aligned gameplay.
The art and design philosophy behind this card emphasize the game's shift toward more self-contained, theme-based play experiences like Jumpstart. By focusing on mechanical accessibility, the design team aimed to simplify complex interactions for novices while maintaining enough utility to be relevant in casual formats. It was released as part of a collection intended to bridge the gap between starter products and the established competitive card pool.
