This specific version appeared in the 2014 Duel Decks Anthology: Divine vs. Demonic, a collection designed to revisit and balance classic tribal themes from earlier Magic: The Gathering history. By repackaging the card within this themed set, Wizards of the Coast sought to provide players with a curated gameplay experience that emphasized the dramatic conflict between angelic and demonic forces.
