Geyadrone Dihada // Geyadrone Dihada

Geyadrone Dihada was released in 2021 as part of the Modern Horizons 2 Art Series, a specialized collection of cards designed to showcase the high-fidelity artwork of the main set. The series was created to celebrate the aesthetic depth of Magic: The Gathering, featuring borderless, full-art representations of character cards that are typically formatted with standard game text. These cards are often collected by fans for their visual impact and role as high-quality prints of the game's evolving world-building.

The artwork for this specific card was illustrated by Victor Adame Minguez, whose style frequently appears across Magic: The Gathering products. In designing Geyadrone Dihada, Minguez leaned into the character’s legacy as a powerful, ancient planeswalker tied to the lore of the Multiverse, emphasizing her imposing presence through dynamic lighting and intricate costuming. The card was received well by collectors who appreciate the Art Series format as an accessible way to display fantasy illustrations outside the constraints of gameplay mechanics.
