The set served as a thematic return to the fan-favorite Japanese-inspired plane, updated with a cyberpunk aesthetic. This specific item is part of the Art Series, a collection of promotional cards that feature high-quality, full-bleed prints of the set's base card illustrations, intentionally omitting the game text to highlight the visual design.

The character design for Hidetsugu was handled by artist Grzegorz Rutkowski, who sought to translate the original Ogre Warlord from earlier Kamigawa sets into the new neon-soaked environment. By blending traditional demonic elements with glowing mechanical overlays, Rutkowski created a striking centerpiece for the set.
