The artwork was commissioned from Caio Monteiro, who sought to capture the frantic, overwhelming density of a plague-like swarm through a palette of earthy tones and jagged, sharp lines. Monteiro’s design focus was on conveying motion and atmospheric pressure, ensuring the card felt physically abrasive within the game's visual language. Upon its release, the card was received as a solid utility piece for limited formats, praised for its specific thematic cohesion and functional efficiency.
