What it does
At the beginning of combat on each player's turn, that player may draw a card. If they do, they can't attack this turn and you put a peace counter on this enchantment.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if this enchantment has twelve or more peace counters on it, you win the game.
Sometimes, hope is a choice.

Where it came from
Released as part of the Star Trek: The Next Generation Portfolio Prints set by Rittenhouse Archives, the Peace in Our Time card serves as a thematic tribute to the complex political landscapes depicted in the series. It was commissioned to celebrate the diplomatic challenges often faced by Captain Picard and his crew, focusing on the fragile balance of power within the Alpha Quadrant during the height of the series' production.
The design draws heavily from the minimalist, high-concept aesthetic popular in boutique trading card sets of the 2010s. By prioritizing clean lines and evocative imagery over cluttered layouts, the illustrators aimed to capture the gravitas of Star Trek's moral dilemmas. Upon its release, the set was well-received by collectors who favored art-house designs that elevated the standard trading card format into a cohesive, gallery-style collection.
