Where it came from
The Rakdos Signet was released in 2006 as part of the Dissension expansion set, the final installment of the Ravnica: City of Guilds block. It was designed as a functional mana-fixing tool to represent the hedonistic and destructive Rakdos Cult, one of the ten iconic guilds inhabiting the cityscape of Ravnica.
