What it does

When you planeswalk to The Cheetah Planet and at the beginning of your upkeep, put two +1/+1 counters on target non-Cat creature you control. It becomes a Cat in addition to its other types.

Whenever chaos ensues, all Cats gain provoke until end of turn. (Whenever a Cat attacks, its controller may have target creature defending player controls untap and block it if able.)

Provenance

Where it came from

The Cheetah Planet card, numbered 574, features artwork by Andreas Rocha for the Doctor Who trading card series. This series was designed to commemorate the long-running British science fiction television program, capturing iconic locations, monsters, and narrative arcs from across the show's extensive broadcast history. The artwork serves to visually synthesize the surreal and often hostile environments encountered by the Doctor throughout their travels.

Andreas Rocha, a digital artist recognized for his work in fantasy and science fiction, created this illustration to depict the stark, desolate, and color-shifted landscape of the Cheetah Planet. His design prioritizes an atmospheric rendering intended to reflect the otherworldly nature of the setting as portrayed in the classic serial Survival. Upon its release, the card was received as a standard common-tier entry, valued by collectors primarily for its evocative representation of the series' lore.
