Wave of Indifference

Wave of Indifference was released in 2002 as part of the Onslaught expansion for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. This set marked a significant return to a creature-heavy design philosophy, emphasizing the tribal mechanics that defined the game's mid-early era. The card was created during a period where Wizards of the Coast was looking to expand the viability of aggressive red decks in the competitive format known as Standard.

The artwork for the card was illustrated by Ron Spencer, a prominent artist whose work frequently graced cards from the mid-90s through the mid-2000s.
