Crocodile

The Crocodile leader card was released in 2023 as part of the Kingdoms of Intrigue expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to focus heavily on the Alabasta and Dressrosa story arcs, providing players with new strategic options centered around iconic antagonists and their respective factions. The card features Crocodile, a former Warlord of the Sea, rendered in the distinctive, high-contrast art style that characterizes the game's leader cards, emphasizing his calm yet menacing demeanor during his conflict with Luffy.

The design of the card emphasizes Crocodile's attribute as a controller, reflecting his role as the master schemer of the Baroque Works organization. By utilizing a blue color identity, the card design prioritizes board manipulation and tactical hand management, which align with the character's penchant for traps and long-term planning. Upon its release, the card became a centerpiece for blue-attribute deck builders, appreciated both for its competitive utility in organized play and for its faithfulness to the character's calculated personality from the original source material.
