Crocodile

The Crocodile card (P-004) was released as part of the Promotion Pack 2022 for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to introduce players and collectors to the game's mechanics and characters during its initial rollout, serving as a promotional incentive for early tournament participants and event attendees. The card features the primary antagonist of the Alabasta Arc, rendered in the game's signature high-contrast, dynamic art style that emphasizes his role as a formidable strategist and pirate captain.

The design of the character cards within this promotional series focuses on capturing the essence of the One Piece anime and manga's iconic roster. By utilizing bold character portraits and clean, functional layouts, the illustrators aimed to balance aesthetic appeal with the readability required for gameplay. Upon its release, the card was well-received by the burgeoning community for its utility in early meta decks and its status as a foundational piece for those collecting the game's first wave of supplemental content.
