Itomimizu

Itomimizu, identified as card OP07-060, was released as part of the 500 Years in the Future expansion set for the One Piece Card Game. This set draws heavily from the Egghead Arc of the manga and anime, specifically focusing on characters introduced during the Straw Hat crew's arrival on the futuristic island overseen by Dr. Vegapunk. The card features Itomimizu, a member of the Foxy Pirates who is known for his signature use of trained animals in combat, reflecting the series' penchant for eccentric character designs.

The card was illustrated to capture Itomimizu's distinct aesthetic, characterized by his stylized appearance and association with his animal partners. Like many cards in the OP07 set, it serves as a piece of meta-narrative world-building, bringing minor or niche characters into the tactical framework of the game. Its release was met with interest from players focused on deck-building strategies that leverage the specific mechanics associated with the Foxy Pirates, maintaining the game's balance between collectible artwork and competitive utility.
