Jinbe

The Jinbe card from the OP02-033 set was released as part of the Paramount War expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to capture the intensity of the Marineford arc, featuring characters who played pivotal roles in that conflict. As a strategic character card, it serves to reinforce the Blue deck archetype, emphasizing board control and defensive play, which reflects Jinbe’s character traits as a disciplined and protective martial artist.

The card’s illustration adheres to the established aesthetic of the One Piece trading card series, which utilizes dynamic artwork to represent the characters' signature abilities and combat presence. Like many cards within the early blocks of the game, it was created by Bandai to provide players with essential utility in the Water Seven and Paramount War meta-environments. It received positive feedback from players for its functionality, becoming a staple component for those building decks focused on the Seven Warlords of the Sea theme.
