Sai

Sai is a character card featured in the Royal Blood expansion for the One Piece Card Game, identified as OP10-048. Released as part of the game's ongoing effort to adapt the expansive cast of the Wano Country arc, this card captures the leader of the Happo Navy in a style consistent with the game’s collaborative aesthetic, which utilizes high-quality illustrations from the anime and manga production teams to maintain visual fidelity for enthusiasts.

The card was designed to function within the specific mechanical archetypes of the Royal Blood set, focusing on the character's role as a martial artist and subordinate to the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. The design intent was to provide tactical depth for blue-aligned decks, emphasizing the game’s focus on strategic deck building and character-driven abilities. Like many cards in the series, it was received by players as a functional piece of cardboard art that highlights the narrative progression of the Dressrosa and Wano arcs.
