Whitey Bay

Whitey Bay was released in 2022 as part of the Paramount War expansion, the second major set for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to capture the intensity of the Marineford Arc, a pivotal storyline in the series where Whitebeard’s crew attempts to rescue Portgas D. Ace from execution. As a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, Whitey Bay was selected for inclusion to flesh out the diverse fleet of allies that define the narrative scale of this conflict.

The card features an illustration by the One Piece Card Game design team, intended to depict the character's icy 'Ice Witch' persona during the height of the battle. Like many cards in the Paramount War set, it employs a specific mechanical focus on board presence and synergy with other Whitebeard-affiliated cards. Upon release, the set was well-received by players for its thematic consistency, and this card became a staple choice for those looking to build efficient, trait-based decks within the game's competitive environment.
