Portgas.D.Ace

The Portgas D. Ace character card (OP02-013) was released in 2023 as part of the Paramount War expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to capture the emotional intensity and tactical shifts of the Marineford arc from the long-running manga series, focusing on the dramatic conflict between the Whitebeard Pirates and the World Government. The card serves as a centerpiece for red-colored decks, reflecting Ace's high-profile role in the narrative and his mastery of fire-based combat techniques.

The card features dynamic, high-contrast illustration typical of the series' promotional artwork, emphasizing Ace's signature appearance and power. It was received by the trading card game community as a vital piece for competitive play, prized both for its mechanical utility in enabling aggressive multi-attack strategies and for the nostalgic resonance of the character. Its design remains a staple for collectors interested in the Paramount War meta-game and the broader iconography of the One Piece franchise.
