Kleine Hexe Klavi-Klack - Rettung Für Verlassene Tiere

Kleine Hexe Klavi-Klack, or The Little Witch Piano-Clack, emerged as a charming entry in the German children's audio drama market during the early 1980s. Released under the Maritim label, this production followed the trend of whimsical, music-infused storytelling that became a staple for young audiences in West Germany during that era. The record reflects the label's commitment to lighthearted, imaginative audio narratives designed to entertain and teach, a genre that saw a significant boom as parents sought high-quality, non-television media for children.

Joachim von Ulmann provided the artistic direction for this production, aligning the visual presentation with the auditory themes of the series. The design aesthetic is characteristic of late twentieth-century German children's book illustration, favoring bright, accessible colors and expressive characters that clearly signaled the story's gentle, animal-centric premise to potential listeners. While it remained a niche title within Maritim’s extensive catalog, the record is remembered by collectors as a nostalgic piece of the period's cultural output, representing a time when independent audio dramas were essential companions for youth.
