Released in 1955 under the La Voz De Su Amo label, this EP captures the international appeal of French vocalist Yvette Giraud during the mid-1950s. The record serves as a testament to the era's cross-cultural musical exchange, featuring a collection of tracks translated into Spanish to reach broader audiences across Latin America and Spain, a common practice for European chanteuses of the period looking to capitalize on the popularity of continental pop abroad.

The recording highlights Giraud's signature style, characterized by a sophisticated yet accessible vocal delivery that bridged the gap between traditional chanson and global pop sensibilities. As part of a series of EP releases intended to showcase her versatility, these tracks were arranged to fit the light, melodic aesthetic of the decade, receiving moderate success as a collectible artifact of mid-century multilingual pop production and the strategic marketing of European stars in Hispanic markets.
