Number 11: Big Eye

Number 11: Big Eye was first introduced in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game within the Abyss Rising booster set in 2012. It represents an Xyz Monster, a mechanic introduced during the Zexal era of the franchise, designed to dominate the field by permanently taking control of an opponent's monster. The card quickly became a staple in competitive play due to its powerful effect, which allowed duelists to turn the tide of a match by stripping their opponent of their strongest asset.

The Ultimate Rare version featured in Astral Pack Six was part of a specialized series of tournament-exclusive packs distributed to players at official Konami events. These packs were designed to reprint popular cards with high-end aesthetic treatments, such as the textured foil stamping characteristic of the Ultimate Rare rarity. The design, featuring the floating, ominous eye, is consistent with the lore of the 'Numbers' cards from the Zexal anime series, where these entities served as central plot devices possessing immense, often corrupting, supernatural power.
