Toon Mermaid

Toon Mermaid was originally introduced in the early years of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as part of the Metal Raiders expansion, designed to bring the whimsical, cartoonish aesthetic of Pegasus J. Crawford’s deck into the hands of players.
