Based on the erotic game by Cattleya.
Yohei happily lives with his mother, Kaho, and his cousin, Fumika. But one day, Kaho tells Yohei that Kaho is actually an older sister of his father, not his mother.... She also tells him that his mother passed away long time ago. Yohei is shocked to hear that, but he starts seeing Kaho as a woman, not as his mother. Days later, a woman, Ikue, moves to a house next to his. When Ikue first sees Yohei, she suddenly starts crying and Kaho turns pale. Ikue tells them she is a relative of Yohei's mother and she wants to accept him as an adopted child. Of course, Kaho and Fumika turn it down.... From that day, their lewd and erotic life starts....

Where it came from
The Bijukubo OVA was released in 2010 by Studio Y.O.U.C, emerging during a period of niche experimental animation production in Japan. It serves as a visual exploration of surrealism and character-driven storytelling, characteristic of the independent studio's approach to the OVA format, which allowed creators to bypass the commercial constraints of television broadcasting.
The design of Bijukubo focuses on fluid, unconventional aesthetic choices that define the studio's stylistic identity. It was produced for an audience of collectors interested in avant-garde animation, focusing on atmospheric world-building over traditional narrative pacing. While the work remains a deep-cut item for general audiences, it is recognized within animation circles for its unique commitment to a specific visual tone and creative independence.
