Exorcism Chronicles: The Beginning

Exorcism Chronicles: The Beginning was produced by LOCUS Animation as a cinematic expansion within a broader multimedia franchise. The project was conceived to explore the foundational lore and backstory of the series, utilizing the studio's signature high-fidelity 3D animation style to translate gothic horror elements into a feature-length narrative format. The production was intended to bridge the gap between static print origins and screen adaptation, focusing on atmospheric world-building and character motivation.

The visual design of the film represents an effort to maintain stylistic consistency with established character designs while introducing more fluid, cinematic movement sequences. Critics and fans noted that the animation sought to emphasize the darker, more visceral tone of the source material. Upon its release, the film was largely received as a technical showcase for the studio's capabilities, serving as a pillar for the brand's transition into feature-length animation.
