Where it came from
MUZIK TIGER In the Forest is a 2025 animated television series produced by Shin-Ei Animation, based on the popular South Korean character brand Muzik Tiger. The project represents a strategic expansion of the brand's signature 'fat tiger' aesthetic into long-form narrative storytelling, aiming to translate the visual appeal of its viral digital stickers and lifestyle merchandise into a cohesive animated world.
The series design maintains the minimalist, rounded character style established by the original creators, prioritizing a whimsical and relaxed tone suitable for a modern audience. By partnering with Shin-Ei Animation, a studio with a long-standing history in family-oriented programming, the production focuses on a comforting, low-stakes narrative structure that reflects the 'slacker' charm that originally propelled the character to fame on social media platforms.
