Strawberry Prince the Movie

Strawberry Prince the Movie was produced by studio LIDENFILMS and released in 2024 as a cinematic extension of the popular Japanese entertainment collective Strawberry Prince, known as Sutopuri. The film serves as a meta-narrative experience, blending the group's signature musical style with an animated feature format designed to deepen the connection between the virtual avatars and their dedicated fanbase. The production reflects the group’s long-standing strategy of multimedia integration, utilizing high-energy musical sequences to mirror their live stage performances.

The creative direction focused on translating the distinct aesthetic of the group’s character designs into a feature-length structure, aiming to balance character-driven storytelling with the concert-like atmosphere expected by their audience. By partnering with LIDENFILMS, the project utilized established animation techniques to maintain visual consistency with the group's digital content. Upon release, the film was received primarily by the group's core demographic, functioning as both an event for established fans and a centralized showcase of the group's overarching brand identity.
