Koharu is recruited into an unusual "groping" club only for the reason that she doesn't overlap with the other members' characters. Groping club is in fact an unofficial club with no real activity or purpose, prompting the girls to work on finding one. Strange daily life ensues, where club activities consist of first coming up with club stereotypes, then figuring out a new way to operate such a club.

Where it came from
Tesagure! Bukatsumono premiered in 2013 as an experimental CG-animated series directed by Shin-ichi Omata under the pseudonym Mitsuki Seira. Produced by the studio Yaoyorozu, the show was conceived as a lighthearted parody of high school club-activity anime, featuring minimal backgrounds and stylized, simplified character models that prioritized flexibility for improvisational voice acting.
The series is noted for its unique production style, where the voice cast members were tasked with improvising dialogue during specific segments of each episode. This unscripted approach, combined with the uncanny aesthetic of the 'Live2D' animation software, created a meta-textual comedy that was received by critics as an unconventional departure from the polished, traditional animation styles common in the genre at the time.
