Yellow-bearded Greenbul

The yellow-bearded greenbul, scientifically classified as Criniger olivaceus, is a passerine bird belonging to the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. It is native to the Upper Guinea forests of West Africa, ranging from Sierra Leone through Liberia and Ivory Coast to Ghana. This species occupies a specialized ecological niche within dense, humid lowland primary forests, where it typically forages in the middle to upper canopy for insects and small fruits.
