Das tibetische Fürstentum La stod lHo (um 1265-1642)

Published in 2006 by Dr. Ludwig Reichert Verlag, this academic monograph by Karl-Heinz Everding examines the historical development and political structure of the La stod lHo principality in Tibet. The work was produced within the context of extensive research into the complex geopolitical landscape of 13th- to 17th-century Tibet, focusing on the region's shifting power dynamics and its relationship with the Mongol Yuan dynasty and the subsequent Tibetan religious-political authorities.

Karl-Heinz Everding, a scholar known for his rigorous archival work on Tibetan regional history, designed this study to provide a definitive account of the La stod lHo nobility. The text combines historical analysis with detailed cartography and primary source documentation to trace the principality from its rise around 1265 until the mid-17th century. Upon its release, the book was received primarily within professional Sinological and Tibetological circles as a foundational resource for understanding provincial administrative history in the Himalayan plateau.
