Where it came from
Giga Best was released in 2015 by the independent label Badeggbox as a comprehensive compilation of the artist Gigamous. The collection serves as a retrospective of the artist's electronic experimental phase, aiming to consolidate various singles and EPs that defined their early career during the mid-2010s underground scene.
The album's minimalist cover design reflects the lo-fi aesthetic prevalent in Badeggbox releases of that period. By focusing on streamlined typography and stark visual composition, the design was intended to emphasize the raw, unfiltered nature of the audio production, earning it a modest but dedicated following among fans of niche electronic music.
