Kaikki Kaikkia Vastaan

Kaikki Kaikkia Vastaan is a reissue of the seminal 1987 EP by Terveet Kädet, a band widely regarded as pioneers of Finnish hardcore punk. Originally released during the band's most aggressive and influential period, the record captures their signature raw, fast-paced sound that bridged the gap between early 1980s hardcore and the burgeoning crust punk movement. This specific 2023 version was released by Svart Records, a label known for its commitment to preserving and archiving significant Finnish music history, ensuring that the band's abrasive legacy remains accessible to new generations.

The album serves as a definitive document of the 'Tornio hardcore' scene, a style characterized by ultra-short, distorted tracks and nihilistic lyrical themes. The design and presentation by Svart Records maintain the stark, confrontational aesthetic associated with the original release, reflecting the band’s DIY roots and their rejection of mainstream industry standards. The record received critical attention upon its reissue as a testament to the band's enduring influence on the global extreme music underground, particularly within the international hardcore and grindcore scenes that cite Terveet Kädet as a primary inspiration.
