Where it came from
My Favourite Time Vol.0 Live At Gig-antic 020529 captures a live performance by the Japanese band Short Circuit at the Gig-antic venue. Released in 2002 on the Euphony Records label, this recording serves as a documentation of the underground live music scene in Japan during the early 2000s, reflecting the raw, energetic aesthetic often associated with the indie rock and pop-punk circuits of the time.
The disc design and production focus on documenting the band's stage presence rather than a polished studio output, typical of the era's live performance CD releases. While information regarding the specific graphic designers for this release is not widely archived in public records, the packaging and track curation were intended to provide fans with an authentic representation of the band's concert atmosphere, which received a modest reception among collectors of Japanese independent music.
