Ajin: Demi-Human Complete #6

Ajin: Demi-Human, known in Japan as Ajin, was created by Gamon Sakurai and serialized in Kodansha’s good! Afternoon magazine starting in 2012. The series explores the harrowing discovery of immortal beings known as Ajin, who are hunted by society and the government alike. Issue six of the complete edition serves as a significant milestone in the narrative, continuing the complex development of the protagonist, Kei Nagai, as he navigates the moral gray areas of his newfound supernatural existence.

The design of this edition reflects the dark, sleek aesthetic characteristic of the seinen manga genre. Sakurai’s artwork emphasizes high-contrast linework and a gritty, grounded realism that stands in stark opposition to the supernatural elements of the plot. The complete edition format was curated to provide readers with a premium reading experience, featuring higher-quality paper stock and binding that honors the intricate, cinematic panel layouts that defined the series' success and critical acclaim.
