Ben 10 #1

Ben 10 #1 was released in 2013 as part of a comic book series published by IDW Publishing, which aimed to expand the narrative universe of the popular Cartoon Network animated series. The comic was designed to bridge the gap between the show's various iterations, capturing the dynamic action and humor that defined the franchise since its inception in 2005. It was created for an audience familiar with the adventures of Ben Tennyson and his ability to transform into various alien forms using the Omnitrix.

The creative team behind the series, including writers like B. Clay Moore and artists such as Dario Brizuela, focused on maintaining the visual shorthand of the television series while adapting it to the static, sequential medium of comics. Their goal was to provide depth to the existing lore and offer new adventures that felt authentic to the characters' established personalities. The series was generally well-received by fans of the show, who appreciated the expansion of the franchise's mythos through a serialized format.
