Dark Horse Presents #15

Dark Horse Presents #15 was published in February 1988 as part of Dark Horse Comics' flagship anthology series. The title served as the primary vehicle for the publisher's efforts to showcase creator-owned work and alternative storytelling during a period when the mainstream comic industry was dominated by major superhero houses. By providing a platform for diverse genres and experimental narratives, the anthology helped establish Dark Horse as a significant independent force in the market.

This specific issue is notable for its role in the broader Dark Horse catalog, contributing to the series' reputation for high-quality production and varied artistic styles. The anthology was designed to bridge the gap between traditional comic book formats and more mature, literary sensibilities, attracting both emerging talent and established creators who sought greater creative autonomy. It was well-received by readers and critics who valued the series' commitment to showcasing a wide spectrum of graphic storytelling.
