Our Fighting Forces #126

Our Fighting Forces #126 was published by DC Comics in 1970 as part of the publisher's long-running war anthology series. During this era, the title served as a platform for gritty, character-driven military stories that moved away from the more propagandistic tone of earlier decades. This issue notably features the continued adventures of the Losers, a band of soldiers led by Captain Storm, who became the primary protagonists of the title during this period.

The issue benefited from the creative direction of DC's seasoned war-comic talent, with art and storytelling styles characteristic of the Bronze Age's transition toward more somber, human-centered conflict narratives. Like much of the series' output during the early 1970s, it was designed to appeal to readers looking for grounded, serialized tales of camaraderie and survival. It remains a recognized piece of DC's war-genre history, valued by collectors for its role in developing the complex lore of the Losers team.
