Where it came from
The Death Dealer Pop! figure, numbered 853 in the Marvel line, was released in 2021 to coincide with the theatrical debut of the film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. This figure represents the mysterious and formidable masked warrior who serves as a trainer and high-ranking enforcer for the Ten Rings organization, reflecting the film's martial arts-inspired aesthetic.
Funko’s design team captured the character’s signature hooded tactical armor, complete with the intricate, menacing mask that obscures his identity throughout much of the film. The figure is characterized by its stark, dark color palette and focused stance, which aims to translate the character’s onscreen presence as a relentless combatant into the company’s signature stylized, large-headed aesthetic.
