Devil Flanders (Glow in the Dark) (Special Edition)

Released in 2021 as part of the Funko Pop! Television line, this figure commemorates the iconic 'Treehouse of Horror' segments from The Simpsons. Specifically, it depicts Ned Flanders as the devil, a role he famously assumed in the 'Treehouse of Horror IV' episode titled 'The Devil and Homer Simpson,' where he offers Homer a donut in exchange for his soul. The glow-in-the-dark variant was created as a special edition to capture the supernatural, eerie aesthetic of the show's annual Halloween tradition.

The figure design mirrors the standard animation style of the long-running series, translating Flanders' mischievous devilish appearance into the signature Funko aesthetic. Funko’s design team emphasized the character's characteristic mustache and glasses while incorporating the distinct red skin and horns of his demonic form. The release was met with enthusiasm from collectors of both The Simpsons merchandise and horror-themed pop culture memorabilia, serving as a staple piece for those documenting the evolution of Treehouse of Horror collectibles.
