Hashirama Senju

Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage of Konohagakure, was released as part of the Funko Pop! Animation line under the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations branding. As a foundational character in the Naruto lore, his inclusion reflects the franchise's ongoing expansion of its historical character roster for collectors. The figure captures his iconic appearance, characterized by his signature red armor and traditional shinobi aesthetic, bridging the gap between his legendary status in the prequel series and his legacy in the Boruto era.

The design follows the signature Funko aesthetic, featuring the oversized head and stylized facial features common to the Pop! line. Funko’s design team aimed to balance the character's serious, authoritative presence as a kage with the simplified, approachable proportions that define the brand's identity. Upon release, the figure was well-received by fans of the series who sought to complete their collection of major historical figures from the village's founding, serving as a staple piece for those documenting the lineage of the Hidden Leaf's leadership.
