Where it came from
Released as part of the Funko Pop! Animation line, this figure depicts the character Himiko Toga from the popular manga and anime series My Hero Academia. Introduced in the series as a member of the League of Villains, Toga is known for her complex personality and her Transform Quirk. Funko designed this particular piece to capture her signature villainous aesthetic, featuring her distinct mask and school uniform, which aligns with the series' emphasis on visual character archetypes.
The figure, numbered 787 in the animation series, was produced to cater to the growing international fanbase of My Hero Academia. As with most figures in this set, the design reflects the stylized, oversized-head silhouette typical of Funko's branding while maintaining key character details that fans recognize from the source material. It was received as a standard addition to the broad My Hero Academia collection, serving as a staple for fans of the antagonist characters within the franchise.
