Where it came from
The Ouroboros Pop! figure, numbered 1330 in the Marvel series, depicts the character from the second season of the Disney+ original series Loki. Introduced to represent the complex, cyclical nature of the Time Variance Authority's history, the figure captures the character's aesthetic as designed by the show’s production team to reflect a blend of mid-century bureaucratic style and science fiction utility.
The design of this Pop! figure emphasizes the character's signature look from his time working within the TVA's archival department. It was released as part of the broader merchandising push for the 2023 season, intended for collectors of the Marvel Cinematic Universe who focus on character-specific variants. As with many figures in the Marvel line, it was received as a standard piece of character portraiture meant to capture a specific, pivotal iteration of a protagonist.
